How to personalise and order:

1 :In the 'Name front' text box add their name -

The name you put in will be used along with he message you see on the card. If you leave this blank we just use the standard message (as in the picture shown). You can write your own message with their name on the front- just type it into the 'name front box'-

:2: 'Message inside-' type the short message you want to appear inside the card.

All cards will have a standard such as Happy Birthday or Best Wishes so all you need to added is a short message such as .."all my love" etc plus your name.

3: Fill in the simple Paypal form. Where is asks for postal address- write the address you card is to be sent.

If you require your card to be sent to you first we can give you an extra envelope for free so you can give it to them. Just state this on the Paypal page where it asks or in any space available on the Paypal page.

Accepting the Terms and Conditions
By placing an order for any product on this web site you are automatically stating you wish to acceptant the Terms & Conditions.

As all cards are handcrafted and personalised for you to the highest quality and therefore, it is not possible to give a refund after the sale has been processed. However, in the unlikely event that the product is not to your satisfaction please contact us as soon as possible with your query. Cards and gift cards may, on occasion, vary slightly from the pictures shown as each card is individually made.

Prices, delivery and product

We reserve the right to increase the prices of the products and postage at any given time to reflect the increase in production or shipping costs.
All items on the web site are in stock, if a product is not in stock we will try to remove it from the page as soon as possible. However, we cannot accept responsibility if our supplier’s materials are out of stock and you will be informed of other options or a refund.

All orders are sent through Royal Mail post in perfect condition, by 1st class post and within 24 hours Mon-Fri (excluding bank or public holidays) once your payment has been processed.

NW cards cannot accept responsibility for lost, damaged or late deliveries. If you have any complaints with regards to this please contact Royal Mail direct. Please email us first and we’ll provide you with details of when your order was sent.

Special Requirements:
We can arrange for extra protection with posting you can use‘Signed for' –'Recorded delivery' or 'Special Delivery'. If you wish to send you card by a more secure form as above please email instead of completing the forms on this site with the reference number of the card/s you would like to send and your message- we will send you a personal Paypal form direct to your email with costs and and invoice these may vary according to Royal Mail prices. You will still pay secure with Paypal protection.

We aim to get your card sent within 24 hours of your order but please allow extra time delivery by Royal Mail which could take a few days.

Each card is individually handmade when ordered, you should therefore take into account that the final product will very slightly from the picture on the web site. The size given is an approximation. Card will be provided with envelopes from the stock available at the time of sale.

It is very important that you write the correct spelling and message as we will use what you write down and as we try to get your card sent the same day it maybe to late to modify it after you have placed your order.

Bulk Buy Section

Orders are accepted through email. You can email the link on the page and a form will be sent to you to fill in.

If the cards and or invitations are to be sent direct to you in bulk- postage will be added to the final cost. You can choose from 1st class mail (UK). Or Signed for Royal Mail delivery (cost for this will be sent to you in the confirmation email)

Follow the instructions on form sent for further details. Once your request has been received you will receive an email with payment options and full costs for that request. Payment is secure and fast by Paypal -you do not have to have a Paypal account to order. Once your Payment is complete your order will be sent.

Gifts

None of the gifts are suitable for small children under 5 yrs as they have small parts attached and could cause choking.

Extra care should be taken with wire writing cards as with all products on this site. We accepted no liability for misuse of any products on this site as all are meant for display purposes only.

Safety -Product and Payment

As the cards are creatively handmade and handcrafted and should not be given to small children under 5years old as they may contain small parts which are a chocking hazard.

We use Paypal to process your payments and refunds as a secure method of payment worldwide. We do not keep your credit details as this is all handled by Paypal. You do not have to be registered with Paypal to pay with a credit or debit card.

Update for Christmas and small eco card orders

All below and above standard conditions apply with the exception of; Christmas cards and eco cards have pre-made text which is shown in the pictures both on the front in inside of the cards- which cannot be altered by the customer. All the customers can add is recipient and sender name.

All cards and products will only be sent freepost within the UK.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel please email urgently as your requested cannot be cancelled once payment is taken and the card sent.
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product please email immediately to resolve the issue.
